Intelligent Systems (IS):

Topics include structural health monitoring, operational health monitoring, intelligent decision making systems. Application areas are historical sites, water pipelines, air quality. The research focus areas will be around i. Sensor systems (temperature, vibration, moisture, air, proximity, wireless operation, energy harvesting), ii. Processing systems (energy aware central and distributed processing and data management, GIS integration, big data, basic analytics, online learning), iii. Intelligent system management (decision making, simulation, advanced analytics.)
