Dear All,
International students who will need a proforma invoice document in order to make tuition fee and dormitory payment for the Fall Semester can make their requests through the online system.
We would like to inform you that you should make your proforma invoice requests in order to receive a document that shows all of the requested payment details through the online application system.
Once your request is approved, you will be able to download the proforma invoice document as a PDF file, also you will be able to print it.
Please note that proforma invoice request system opens before final payment status updated at SAIS. According to your academic performance if your scholarship will be deducted or re open, your tuition fee will change. Additionally, dormitory debts from the previous academic semester/s will be added to the tuition fee payment. Therefore, please do not forget to check SAIS after you will receive the announcement regards tuition fee payments for your tuition fee debt.
Important Note: The registration system will not be accessible for students whose payments are not completed. Therefore, students who make their tuition fee payments as a bank transfer should send payment receipt copies to nccreg
metu.edu.tr and check if the payment reflect to your student portal or not.
