Dear Students,
1. Only Dorm 2 will be open during the 2020-21 Spring Term, and it will start service as of 5 March 2021. Since there is a limited capacity of rooms, it is absolutely necessary to inform the dorm manager by email and to get her approval before coming to the campus for the Spring Term.
2. The dorm fees that you paid for 2020-21 Fall Term had been transferred to the Spring Term. As it is now certain that the Spring Term will be online, too, you can use your dorm fee as part of the Spring Term’s education fee (Please also read the 4th item below!).
Those who would like to do so can fill in the Dorm Fee Transfer form clicking the link below BY 5 MARCH 2021, FRIDAY MIDNIGHT, THE LATEST:

3. The students who would like to get back their dorm fees can do so by filling in the Dorm Fee Refund form given in the link below (Please also read the 4th item below!):

Please be aware that the fees will be returned as of 20 April 2021.
4. IMPORTANT: The only condition to get back the dorm fee or to use it as part of the Spring Term’s education fee is that your room in the dorm must be vacated and your room key must be returned to the dorm manager. You can ask for help from a friend who is on the campus now to vacate your room and to return your key.
5. You can also prefer to transfer your dorm fee to the 2021-22 Fall Term. In this case, you will have secured your room for that term without having to deal with the placement procedures for the 2021-22 Academic Year. 6. There will be an announcement towards the end of the Spring Term about the next academic year’s dorm placements for the students who started to study in the 2020-21 Fall Term and for the other students who have no connection with the dorms at the moment.
