Second Phase Dorm Placement Results (2026-2027 Academic Year)
Dear Students,
You can find the list of dormitory placements here!
Students on the placement list must pay the dormitory fee before moving into their assigned dormitory.
Students who do not make the payment by September 21, 2026 will lose their right to accommodation.
Dormitory fee payments can be made by Credit Card via https://opay.ncc.metu.edu.tr/index.php?lng=en or by Money Order/EFT to the accounts listed on the https://ncc.metu.edu.tr/accomodation/dormitory-fees (For payments made via bank transfer, please include your student number and dormitory name in the description field.)
The dormitory deposit fee of 200 USD must also be paid in dollars to the deposit accounts listed on the website before moving into the rooms (with the student number specified).
Students who could not be placed in a dormitory by the system are required to check their university email accounts for the information sent to them.
Dormitories will be opened on 7th of September 2026.
For the initial dormitory registration, only 2 passport-sized photos are required.

Accommodation for Students Taking the English Proficiency Exam (EPE)
Dear Students,
Students who will take the English Proficiency Exam (EPE) and have secured a dormitory placement and paid the dormitory fee for the 2026–2027 Academic Year will be able to stay in their assigned dormitories starting from Monday, September 7, 2026.
