GENERAL INFORMATION
EBI CORP. is a nonprofit organization, established in affiliation with METU Development Foundation. With the foundation of this dormitory, EBI CORP. is transferring its experience gained through running the dorms in METU Ankara for over 15 years to METU NCC. EBI Student Dormitory, which was built by EBI CORP., is located in METU NCC. It is in service since 8th September 2008 and it is still directed by EBI CORP.
EBI Student Dormitory has been designed where students feel restful and comfortable like in their home. As well as qualified rooms, there are lobby, receptionists, cafeteria, study halls, laundry and iron room, TV room, computer room, central heating and cooling system and TV connection are available in the dormitory.
One side of the building is facing the green valley. It is only 6km away from Güzelyurt, 500m to Kalkanlı village and 300m to the administrative and education buildings.
The dormitory consists of 3 blocks and 2 floors in the area of 2500 meter square.
A Block consists of 12 rooms and 48 beds and it is totally designed for male. In each floor, there are 2+2 suit rooms available. C Block, on the first floor, consists of 10 rooms and
30 beds and it is designed for female students. The second floor includes 12 rooms and 28 beds and it is for male students. ın C block, besides 2+2 suit room,
1+1 suits rooms are also available for just male students. B Block consists of study room, computer room, lobby and a cafeteria. All rooms have the same features
and they are equipped with materials which are mentioned below and each room is for only 4 students.
In 2011-2012 academic years, total coast, per a student, will be 4.850.00TL for 2+2 suit rooms and 6.200.00TL for 1+1 suit rooms. In each term, half of these fees are paid. Each student will pay 200 USD as a deposit and following the delivery of all furniture and equipment mentioned in the letter of undertaking, that sum will be returned to the outgoing students.
Those students who have been accepted to dormitories are requested to pay the dormitory fee before 18 August 2010 Wednesday 17.00 pm into the proper bank account, quoting their names and their student numbers with the explanation of "Dormitory Fee".

As the EBI Student dormitory is taking place in METU NCC, the surrounding security is under the control of private security company. The entrance and exit of the building is under the control of info / security officers and floors halls, fire escapes are monitored with security cameras for 7 days- 24 hours.
The students living in the dormitory has the chance for their personal cleanliness by writing their names in laundry list, and it includes the launder with free of charge. Our staff is ready to help the students who joined us newly, when they need.
In the EBI Student Dormitory, there is a cafeteria serving hot and cold food with drinks, for the students and their friends, or quests, where they will have a nice time to spend with. The cleanliness the variety of food and drinks, the cost prices are all under the control of EBI Dormitory Directors. The students who want to prepare their own food, they have well equipped kitchen in their suits.
EBI Student Dormitory serves only during the academic year. Accommodations and enrollment procedure are applied by METU NCC Dormitory Legislation, Dormitory Council Decision and METU principle. Another administrative service is presented by EBI CORP.
Including all other costs, the total cost will be per person annually and paid half of it in each term in 2011-2012 Academic Years.
